Back in May 2010, Aspire Decorating Services undertook a very large
project at the Victory Court Complex, blocks of flats out Lee-On-Solent
sea front. As the Vice Chairman of the complex, I like to still be very
hands on, and expect regular updates. From start to finish I had no need

responsibility for the running of the contract. He had all different
types of trades he was over seeing, as well as, him and his team doing
